Hibacci’s high heels feature a symmetrical silhouette with a truly unique twist: the heel is designed in the shape of a lock, turning a classic form into a sculptural statement. This bold design creates a striking visual element while maintaining balance and elegance.
The flowing lines of the shoe upper complement the lock-shaped heel, achieving harmony between structure and style. Despite its avant-garde appearance, the design carefully considers heel height, weight distribution, and materials to ensure comfort and stability for everyday wear.
Production Process
1. Material Selection
The shoe upper and lining are made from premium calf leather, which is soft, smooth, and comfortable against the skin. The sole is crafted from durable rubber, providing stability and wear resistance. The lock-shaped heel is made from reinforced clear acrylic, ensuring both visual impact and structural strength.
2. Heel & Mold Development
The lock-shaped heel begins with 3D modeling to capture the precise shape and proportions. A prototype mold is then created, followed by trial production to test balance and structural integrity. Adjustments are made as needed before finalizing the mold for full-scale production.
3. Finished Product Assembly
All components—upper, lining, sole, and lock-shaped heel—are carefully assembled. The process includes precise stitching, bonding, and finishing to ensure symmetry, durability, and comfort in every pair.
4. Packaging & Shipping
Each pair is packaged in branded protective boxes with dust bags and cushioning materials. Packaging reflects the premium nature of the product and ensures safe delivery worldwide.
Market Feedback
The launch of Hibacci’s lock-shaped asymmetric heels received immediate attention, with several sizes and color options selling out quickly.
